Erido Agro was established in 2020 with the mission to transform agriculture and improve the livelihoods of small holder farmers through innovative solutions.

Our mission is to empower smallholder farmers with the tools and knowledge needed for sustainable agriculture, contributing to food security and economic growth. Our vision is to build a Nigeria that feeds herself and the world.

Smallholder farmers are the major contributors to the agriculture industry, producing the bulk of the food we eat. By solving the challenges that limit their productivity—such as access to resources, education, and markets—we can boost the nation’s food production potential. This not only improves the farmers’ livelihoods but also transitions the Nigerian agricultural landscape from subsistence to a more commercial and sustainable model.

Within the next five years, Erido Agro, hopes to create a sustainable and resilient agricultural ecosystem in Benue state, Nasarawa State, Plateau State, Taraba State. Our 5-year plan includes:

• Conducting aggressive extension services across Benue state and across Nigeria.
• The establishment of an agricultural co-operative. 
• Leveraging cutting-edge technology for data-driven farming solutions.
• Establishing strategic partnerships to secure funding and technical support.
• Investing in research and development to optimize agricultural productivity.

• Ease of distribution of farm produce: Through our connections with off-takers, Erido Agro aims to relieve farmers of the marketing strain.
• Educational Programs: Training on best farming practices to optimize agricultural production.
• Access to Technology: Provision of modern farming tools and techniques.
• Agricultural Co-operatives: This would serve as the foundation for Erido Agro’s biggest vision, Farm Purse.

Farm purse is a digital platform that features  innovative savings mechanism, encouraging farmers to set aside a small portion of their earnings and Agricultural commodity regularly. This virtual savings tool, linked to our warehouse management system, enables farmers to:
